Madison East was a six-piece band from Cleveland, Ohio, formed in 2003 that officially laid down their mathematically leaning, indie-bent progressive rock ways and disbanded in 2009. As a group they pushed the limits of music in a stagnant scene and developed a unique sound that, if forced to be categorized, could be placed somewhere between the worlds of progressive and indie rock.
