One of Malcolm McLaren's many innovative experiments in modern music, this project saw "Talcy" pull together a team of rappers, singers and DJ's from New York and Los Angeles. In their early days the group had hosted their own show on New Jersey station WHBI, alongside the legendary Mr Magic, before the latter shifted to WBLS.
