Mark joined the band Backbeat in March 2008 after a 30 years break from gigging. He joined the band as a lead singer and rhythm guitarist, and he enjoys a wide variety of styles of music. Mark loves playing in a band, as well as a solo vocalist and guitarist. Headteacher of a large primary school in Weymouth, his pupils say 'Our Head rocks'.
