As one half of Jam & Spoon, a dance project formed in Frankfurt, Germany, Mark (aka Markus Löffel) was a DJ, who started his professional career as a cook before he moved into the music profession. Mark was found dead in his Berlin appartment on January 11, 2006 at the age of 39 having suffered a heart attack. His last public appearance was at the Dance Awards in Hannover, Germany.
