Massimo Roberti was born in Rome. He started to study guitar at the age of 13 at the “School of Guitar and Accordion Ricchi-Cioccolini” (Scuola di Chitarra e Fisarmonica Ricchi-Cioccolini). In 1980 he graduated from the C.D.M.I. in Classical Guitar. By the age of 17, he had been regularly working on fusion music. He worked for about one year in a recording studio.
