MCL or MicroChipLeague was founded by the two Moskwa Tv members Talla 2xlc (Andreas Tomalla) and Axel Henninger in 1987. They released the album "Code Numbers" and a remixed version of this, "MCL REMIXES". The most popular song was the re-worked Sinatra classic "New York New York", now in a very electrified version!
