MEITO is the male genderbend of MEIKO, and he is usually depicted as the immediate younger brother to her. His best friends are AKAITO and Mikuo Hatsune, and although he shares the character item "sake" with MEIKO, he doesn't seem to drink as much as she does. MEITO is among the first fanmade Vocaloids who are classified as 'pitchloids', meaning their songs and works are made out of pitch changes from existing songs and voices.
