MELICIA are the brother/sister team of Avraham Ilouz and Odeliya Ilouz After Avraham set up his own studio, his sister Odeliya (a singer in several bands in israel) joined him for a few tracks and in 2003 Melicia released their first album "Running Out Of Time" which became a world wide success and was on top of the charts for many weeks.
