Mert İçgören is a hip-hop/R&B artist from Turkey. He first became famous through underground p2p file sharing, which later led to his debut album, released in summer of 2006. His lyrics resemble those of many gangsta rappers, albeit without mention of violence or drugs, almost always on cars, women ("karilar"), and money; which strangely correspond to horses, women, and weapons in the old Turkish saying "At, Avrat, Silah".
