METRONOME BLUES sprung to life in 2015 as the post-Gerda Blank solo project of Czech residing kiwi-expat Rhys Braddock. It soon morphed into a real band. Years of stockpiling acoustic/electronic/noise recordings done on his various travels provided much of the original source material. Czechs Honza Čapek and Lukáš Baumann are the backbone for Rhys’ sonic wanderings. Two German/Czech tours and a handful of festivals forged their sound organically.
