Michael grew up in Munich Schuppach in a musical family. In the second half of the 90s he was a breakdancer and he was still owned by the Munich Department of Step 2 Diz. There he was spotted by a scout label and in 2001 he signed his first solo deal. Three years later he published at Sony Music under the name Mic, with his first album titled "Still Waters".
