Mice and Rifles played their first show in February of 2006 with friends Maneja Beto in Austin, Texas. They quickly headed into the studio with Chico Jones and Brandon Tucker of Ohm Recording Facility to record “All Kites Up”. Recorded live in two days, they celebrated the rookie EP release in December 2006 at Austin’s legendary Stubb’s.
