Milko Kelemen (born 1924) is a Croatian composer. Kelemen studied under Olivier Messiaen in Paris and Wolfgang Fortner in Freiburg amongst others. In 1959 Kelemen founded the Zagreb Biennale, an international contemporary music festival and has served as its president since the early 1960s. He also worked at the Electronic Siemens Studio in Munich and was invited to Berlin as Composer in Residence.
