Minami Takayama (高山 みなみ, Takayama Minami) is a seiyū, or voice actor, and a popular singer in Japan. She was born Izumi Arai (新井 泉, Arai Izumi?) on May 5, 1964. Takayama, along with Shiina Nagano, form the J-pop duo TWO-MIX, best known in the U.S. for performing the theme song to Gundam Wing. She is employed by 81 Produce.
