The band Miyu was formed in 1996 in Warsaw (Poland) by sisters Kasia and Ewa (Yoshiko and Mako). Firts serious gig they have was in 1998 in front of 3000 people in Warsaw - "Stodoła" club on First Sailor Moon Day. In the years 2000-2004 Miyu was a star on the biggest european festival of japanese culture "Animagic" which still takes place in Germany.
