Born and raised in The Bronx, Michael Kidd Gomez a.k.a. MKG started his career in dance music at 16 years old. His first production was this Freestyle club classic "Tears Shed" featuring the vocals of Emery. I read somewhere that this song was recorded in someone's bathroom subsituting as a studio.
