Monstaz Inc. was formed in October of 2003 when Brett aka Huggybear and Christian aka Tonka decided "Hey, I can do that". Huggybear from Philadelphia and Tonka hailing from NYC met at Penn State but knew their ghetto roots could take them far. After about 20 minutes, Huggybear had written the first song to one of Tonka's beats.
