Murad Ali received training in music from his grandfather late Ustad Siddique Ahmed Khan Sahab and from his father renowned sarangi players Ustad Ghulam Sabir Khan Sahab from a very young age. He gave his 1st solo performance at the tender age of 10, and since then had performed extensively the world over, both as a soloist as well as an accompanist to eminent musicians.
