Mustapha Skandrani, (November 17, 1920 in the Lower Casbah, Algiers – October 2005) was an Algerian pianist, performer of chaâbi music. His family was native of Cherchell (Tipasa) and according to him, its origins are from Iskander, a town in Turkey.
