"Nairi" is an Armenian heavy metal band formed in 2007. The main aspects of Nairi's music are complex heavy sounding riffs and melodic solos, which include a lot of Armenian ethnic elements. Name "Nairi" comes from an ancient name of the Armenian land, which can be translated as "The Land of Waters".
