Narr! is born in 1999 when Vince Mustone decided to give life to a new project made up by electronic mad sounds. The first promo CD, called Gaia, was out in 2000. It was soon appreciated by international press: Ritual wrote an enthusiastic review and enclosed the track Vita! on the Perversion compilation. Sideline wrote "damned efficient" and several tracks entered european radio and dancefloor playlists.
