Natel was born Nathaniel Hewitt in St Ann, Jamaica on June 27, 1987 to parents Ras Correl and Leonie Hewitt. Ascending from a family of musicians his original dream was to be one of the greatest bass players of all times. Natel was always inspired by his father who remains his mentor today.
