Nathan Marchack was born in Toronto on November 9th, 1986, but was raised and educated on the Caribbean island of Trinidad and Tobago. In 2003 he matriculated at Stanford University and it was at this point that he became interested in the metal genre. Marchack co-founded Crooked Mile with Robert Negrete and Andrew Blaser in 2004, an entity which remained the sole metal band on campus for 3 years.
