1992, on the banks of Humbolt a new band formed out of the dismantled Brents T.V. Chris and John, joined with Al (ex-Green Day drummer) and Jess (known for his innovative cassete-'zine Troop Librarian) on bass they became the suit wearing THE NE'ER DO WELLS!
