Neal was born on the 14th of August, 1994 in Zwolle, The Netherlands. His father is an opera-singer at the National Opera in Amsterdam. Neal got his musical background from his father(Neal's mother is a teacher). At the age of 7, Neal went auditioning for a classical children's choir. The National Children's Choir.
