Nelson Faria is a Brazilian jazz guitar player. He started his guitar lessons with Sidney Barros (Gamela) in Brasilia. At the age of 19 Nelson Faria moved to Los Angeles and studied at the G.I.T. (Guitar Institute of Technology) with Frank Gambale, Joe Pass and Scott Henderson.
