New Days Delay was founded in 1999 in the German town of Bremen. The original lineup consisted of Christoph Curth (guitars, programming), Matthias Dopp (bass) and Insa Knapp (vocals). A short demo E.P. ("Plastic Faces") was recorded at Alien Style Studios with the help of Rolf Kirschbaum (White Rose Transmission, Fehlfarben The Pachinko Fake etc.).
