Nicole Josy (born Nicole Van Palm, Wemmel, october,21 1946) and Hugo Sigal (born Hugo Verbraeken, Kinshasa, november,10 1947) got together in 1970. They fell in love and decided to form a singing duo. In 1971 they were supposed to perform at the Eurovision Songcontest with the song "Goeiemorgen, morgen".
