There are two artists with this name: 1) Noice started out in '77 as a punk band from Gustavsberg. By youngsters Hasse Carlsson, Freddie Hansson, Peo Thyrén and Robert Klasen. First they played what they called punkrock, but later they went from their punkrock to rock into glam and finally synth.
