Noisewaves is a chiptune post-rock duo currently based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ryan Stailey and Shawn Martin originally formed the band back in 2008 in the Metro Detroit Area and have since then migrated to the West side of the state. These boys blend tones of the 2A03 with roaring post-rock ambience to create a sound that's been described as "absorbing and effortless".
