Norm Skipp is a NZ/UK composer/sonic artist, video artist and online editor/compositor based in Manchester, UK He creates innovative sound and visual compositions often in collaboration with a diverse range of artists. He completed a Music degree (composition) in New Zealand in 1994 studying with Jack Body, Ross Harris, John Elmsly and John Rimmer.
