Northern Voice is a contemporary Northern Style Powwow Drum group. They sing in their Atikamekw language and their loud crisp vocals are a pleasure to hear. Their name comes from their spiritual relationship with the Wolf. “When we travel the Powwow Trail we are the Wolf pack who howl at the moon.” Northern Voice is a new generation of singers from the Atikamekw territory of Wemotaci.
