Nota Profana is a symphonic metal band from Caracas, Venezuela, formed in 2006. The band's first release, Violent Whispers, was released in 2008. It is an EP featuring 10 tracks. In late 2008, due to work reasons, Alev, the bands original vocalist, parts ways with the bands. After this the band started a search for a now female voice.
