Offbeats's lyrics & chords

The Offbeats existed from summer 1981 to fall 1987. We began as a mix of pop, punk, and hardcore (or simply "thrash pop," as some 'zines called our music). Later the sound became more of a loose (i.e drunken) form of punk rock 'n roll. Along the way there were a few record releases and a whole lot of personnel changes, making our history a rather convoluted affair.
