Okasite was started by Era Brightwell, as a solo project in early '06. The vision for Okasite was to write, perform and record good memorable tunes and try to impress people (as ya do!) The project has recently progressed into a three piece writing band consisting of members Stu Young (former Ritalin drummer) on Drums, Ben Bradley (former Sudden Shortcut guitarist) on Bass, and Era on Guitar and Lead Vocals.
