Ol Runar is a Norwegian punk/rock band formed in 2007. The band has released two demos, each consisting of three songs. The original line-up was Aron Michael Schloemer and Helge Havnaa; guitar, Even Wilberg Hovig; bass, Tom Hvistendal; drums and Mattis Thompson Grinden; vocals. Grinden left the band in 2007 and was replaced by Frostwhisper singer Jonathan Utby. Hvistendal left a few weeks after Grinden leaving the spot open for a new drummer.
