Omillio Sparks (born Kenneth Johnson) is a rapper from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. One half of the group O and Sparks (his partner is Oschino Vazquez), he was a key member of State Property, a Philadelphia rap collective that also included Beanie Sigel, Freeway, Peedi Crakk and the Young Gunz.
