One Second Thought was formed in Queens, NY in the year 1994 by Shawn Gibbs and Eric Rockford. The band started by playing shows throughout the NY/NJ/CT area for about 2 years. They went through a few line-up changes and a 7" entitled Everyday Struggle was released on Free Sprit Records in 1996. Next up was their 1998 demo called Queens Style.
