Opiate of the Masses are an Independent Canadian Death metal band from Sherwood Park, Alberta formed in 2010. Originally formed under the name Krimanera before changing the name to Opiate of the Masses in 2011. Opiate of the Masses was formed by vocalist and guitarist Diego, alongside fellow musicians; guitarist, bassist, and drummer: Ted, Andrew, and Travis, respectively.
