OPS is the new official name for Ovi & Paula Seling / Paula Seling & Ovi, a Romanian duo consisting of singers Paula Seling and Ovi. They have represented Romania in the Eurovision Song Contest twice: In 2010 with Playing With Fire (finishing 3rd) and in 2014 with Miracle (finishing 12th).
