A group of young talent that went by the name OTR formed in late 1991 in the province of Varese. In less then a year, OTR released its first single "Ragga no droga." Out of this early formation emerged a group of talented artists — Esa, Azza, Polare, DJ Vigor, Vez, and later, La Pina. In 1994, OTR release its first full CD entitled Quel Sapore Particolare.
