Formed sometime around 2003, Otis and the Rufies is an experimental rock band based out of Bloomington, IN. They have released three full-length albums, including 2004’s Bright Colors in Dirty Places and 2005’s Neon Fetus. They disbanded in 2008, releasing their final album, Addie’s Diver, by request only for a limited amount of time.
