Outlaws & Preachers is a blues-rock, soul, jam, hip-hop outfit from San Francisco, California. The mastermind creation of hip-hop maestro Mario Cobar and guitarist/singer James Marshall, the group was founded during a recording session in Marshall's closet in the Summer of 2010 somewhere deep inside San Francisco's Tenderloin District.
