The true history of the Outstars has begun in the summer of 2008: after successfully performing at several major domestic rock festivals, the group was invited to open a huge concert for the Eurovision winner Ruslana. Their first video «Bank Robber» was included in rotation by several European and North American TV stations (A1, Enter, PunkTV.ca, StreetClip.TV and others).
