Pancho-san is a band from San Francisco-Oakland-Berkeley. It began as the home-recording project of Patrick Abernethy (formerly of the bands Beulah, and Rogue Wave) while he was in between tours. Mostly recorded on an 8-track cassette recorder, the songs were later brought into various recording studios, where lots of guests helped add the finishing touches- folks from bands like Beulah, Rogue Wave, Port O'Brien, Grand Lake, Golden Gram, and Sonya Cotton.
