Paul St. Savage aka "angry eel" aka Paul Decay aka Paul A.D. is a seasoned musician and artist living in Brooklyn, NY since 1997. Growing up with an affinity for art, music, mischief and the streets of the city (as well as the ocean or any water source) he made his way to NYC to pursue a degree in design and illustration at Pratt Institute.
