Born on 21 April 1979 in Wrocław, in 1998 he began learning com­position with Jerzy Filc. During the years 2003-2008 he studied composition in the class of Grażyna Pstrokońska-Nawratil at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music in Wrocław.
