Perception of Intent was founded by Avery Jacobs and Joe Dragich from Saint Paul, Minnesota, in 2007. This guitar duo has a long history together, starting when both were only 15 years old. In the beginning, Avery and Joe were not even half-way through high school, and Joe was playing bass guitar.
