Peter Mlakar is the head of the Department of Pure and Applied Philosophy of the NSK (Neue Slowenische Kunst) movement. On the Paracelsus CD he appears as the re-incarnation of Paracelsus. He is assisted here by the Laibach sub-group 300 000 V.K. (Drei Hundert Tausend Verschiedene Krawalle).
