Phÿcus is an industrial band from Canada, formed in 1988 by sculptor and performance artist BruSeX and sound explorer Brian Damage. It quickly expanded into a collective of noncompliant artists intent on forging new ground in sound performance. Their provocative, confrontational live shows won them a small group of fans and the ire of many.
